The 15th edition of a four day Dhaka International Textile and Garment Machinery (DTG) Exhibition 2018 will end on Sunday (tomorrow).
The exhibition, popularly known as DTG-2018, has been jointly organised by Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) and Yorkers Trade and Marketing Service at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) from Thursday.
BTMA acting president Md Ali Khokon said it aims at bringing together all related machinery and technologies of regional and international brands under one roof for all buyers to sharpen the competitive edge.
Some 1100 textile and garment machinery companies from 36 countries, including China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan and Korea, have displayed their latest products and technologies through about 1200 booths, sources said.
The companies showcase the machinery covering all processes in the whole supply chain of textile and garment industries that include spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, testing, washing, embroidery, sewing.
