City Bank has recently donated BDT 1.0 million as contribution towards the education scholarship for meritorious and financially insolvent children of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) members.
Sohail R. K. Hussain, Managing Director & CEO of the bank handed over the cheque to Md. Assaduzzaman Mia, Commissioner, DMP.
Expressing his gratitude, Md. Assaduzzaman Mia said “City Bank and DMP have a good partnership for quite a long time. We believe the relationship will be strengthened further from today.DMP will continue to work with City Bank for the progress of the state and society. I am grateful to the Board of Directors of the bank for providing this donation.”
Sohail R. K. Hussain said “Our bank is actively working for the society’s welfare, whereas education is our highest priority. We are delighted to provide this donation to DMP’s educational scholarship. We will continue our support in the future.”
