Business Initiative Leading Development (BUILD), a national public private dialogue platform will arrange a policy dialogue on Regulatory Predictability and Private Sector Development on July 12 in the city.
The Dialogue will be attended by policy-makers and stakeholders around an inclusive agenda to promote a conducive business environment in the country, said a statement.
Mr. Md. Nojibur Rahman, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister will join the event as the Chief Guest.
Secretaries for Finance, Commerce, Environment and Industries, Deputy Governor of BB, Presidents of FBCCI, DCCI and CCCI, IFC Country Manager and Practice Manager for Investment Climate Advisory Services including BUILD Working Committee Co-chairs will join.
The Policy Dialogue will discuss different dimensions and manifestations of regulatory unpredictability faced by the private sector based on the Bangladesh Regulatory Predictability Survey conducted by BUILD and World Bank Group and challenges to be addressed in the coming years in the framework of public – private dialogue approach.
