The employees of BRAC Bank Limited distributed blankets among the cold-affected people in three districts recently.
Senior officials of the bank, in assistance with the local administration, distributed 3,150 blankets in Gaibandha, Kurigram, and Sunamganj, according to a press release.
The blankets were distributed at Saghata Pilot High School of Gaibandha, at Bhurangamari Fajil Madrasa of Kurigram, and at Taherpur Girls’ School & College in Sunamganj, with an aim to help the underprivileged people.
Every year, the employees of the bank raise the fund "BRAC Bank DOUR – Kalyaner Pathchala" for humanitarian causes.
