Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Limited (BAPEX) has organised its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Gulshan area of the capital city, recently.
The AGM approved the audited accounts, auditors’ report and financial statements for the fiscal year 2016-2017 of the company.
During the financial year, total Income of the company stood Tk 2.87 billion against the cost of Tk 5.48 billion.
The net loss of the company for the year 2016-2017 stood Tk 2.63 billion after transfer of minimum income tax to provision for tax of Tk 19.20 billion.
Nazimuddin Chowdhury, Chairman of BAPEX Board, presided over the meeting, says a press release.
The shareholders and member of board of directors of the company also joined the programme.
