Mr. Md. Arfan Ali, President and Managing Director of Bank Asia Limited inaugurated a workshop titled“Excellence in Customer Service” for the senior managers of Dhaka region of the Bank.
Mr. Khondkar Ibrahim Khaled, former Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank and Mr. S.A. Chowdhury, former Managing Director of Sonali Bank Limited were the distinguished speakers of the workshop.
The programme was held at Bank Asia Institute for Training and Development at Lalmatia, Dhaka recently where high officials of the Bank were present.
