The NRB Worldwide Inc, supported by Muktadhara NY Inc, will organise a trade fair in New York from September 21 to September 23, says a press statement.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is expected to attend the event. A number of cabinet ministers, business leaders and firms will also attend. The organisers arrange such event every year in New York.

The event will particularly focus on the contributions that the expatriate Bangladeshis have made for the development of their adopted country as well help form a bridge among the Bangalee immigrants around the world.

In addition, major American chain stores such as Macy's, Walmart, Costco, BJ's, Sam's and Marshall's are also expected to attend the fair, who would look for product list and details of the Bangladeshi firms that will participate in this event.

In this connection a seminar on 'exploring Bangladeshi products in the US market' will also be held. Bangalee immigrants from states such as California, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, D.C. will attend this year's event.

Muktadhara New York, Inc. has been on the forefront of the North American Banglaee diaspora, for about two decades -- sponsoring events. It also helps promote Bangladeshi business, language and culture to the Americans while helping the Bangalee immigrant community maintain its heritage, culture and traditions.
