The first meeting of Shari’ah Supervisory Committee of Aviva Finance Limited was held at the head office premises on Thursday (December 17), says a press relase.
The meeting was presided by Mufti Syeed Ahmed, chairman of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee.
Among other members of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee Dr Mohammad Abdus Samad, Mawlana Mohibbullahil Baqee, Mawlana Shah Wali Ullah and the Chairman of the Executive Committee Syed Abdullah Mohammed Saleh also attended the meeting.
Besides, Managing Director Md Abdul Jabbar, Additional Managing Director Md Taher Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director Md Abdul Mannan, Company Secretary Md Arif Abdut towab and Muraqib Md Khaled Sayfullah were also present.
The meeting was held to ensure that Aviva Finance Limited would operate its operations complying Shari’ah principles.
