The leading digital service provider Robi’s 17th RADP members have graduated this year from the talent development programme “Robi Accelerated Development Programme” (RADP).
The 4th grand “RADP Graduation Ceremony 2018” took place in Robi Corporate Office in the city recently.
Robi’s Managing Director and CEO, Mahtab Uddin Ahmed distributed certificates and crests to the graduating RADP members at the event. Chief Digital Services Officer, Shihab Ahmad; Chief Technology Officer, Medhat E Husseiny; Head of Human Resources, Md. Faisal Imtiaz Khan and Head of Corporate Strategy, Ruhul Amin were present on the occasion.
Sharmin Sultan, Vice President-Talent and Development hosted the event.
Group Chief Talent Officer Datin Badrunnisa Mohd Yasin Khan inspired the graduates through a special video message and guided them on how to prepare for facing the future challenges.
Based on Robi’s Malaysia-based parent company Axiata Group’s vision, and the talent management strategy of Robi Axiata Ltd, RADP/talent pool members are identified through a rigorous assessment process. These identified RADP members are then groomed through a focused development programme with the vision of deploying these talented officials in future roles either at home or across other Axiata operating companies.
