39th AGM of Uttara Bank held

Uttara Bank Limited approved 14 per cent stock and 14 per cent cash dividend for the year 2021 in its 39th annual general meeting (AGM) held on Thursday on a digital platform. The meeting was presided over by Azharul Islam, chairman of the board of directors of the bank. Iftekharul Islam, vice chairman of the board, and Mohammed Rabiul Hossain, Managing Director & CEO, attended the meeting.
