Technical glitch on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) new website hampering investors’ trading activities smoothly, some investors told the FE on Wednesday morning.
Some investors complained that they could not open the DSE new website as it is very slow and they are facing troubled to see the exact movement of the index and other disclosures timely.
“We analyse share price movement to make a timely investment decision, but could not that as the website is very slow,” said an investor.
The technical glitch has also impacting trade volumes much, he said.
An executive of a leading brokerage firm also complained that they are suffering from executing buy and sell orders as it is very slow.
However, trading started at just time at 10:00 am.
The prime bourse inaugurated the new website on Tuesday, adding some updated version.
A DSE official, however, said they have already resolved the problem.
