The 57th annual general meeting (AGM) of Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) Limited was held at Hotel Peninsula in Chattogram on Monday.
The AGM approved 790pc cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2017.
The company had 10.31 per cent sales growth over 2016. The growth primarily resulted from its power brands–Dettol, Harpic, and Veet, said a statement.
Among others, Managing Director of the Reckitt Benckiser Vishal Gupta, Independent Director C.Q.K. Mustaq Ahmed, Director Syed Tanzim Rezwan, Chief Financial Officer & Director Sourav Mitra, and Company Secretary Md. Nazmul Arefin joined the meeting.
