The Trustee Committee of the NCC Bank Mutual Fund-1 has declared 10 per cent cash dividend based on net income for the year ended on December 31, 2017, said an official disclosure on Wednesday.
The record date for entitlement of dividend is March 1, 2018.
The Fund has also reported earnings per unit (EPU) of Tk 1.0057, net asset value (NAV) per unit of Tk 11.17 at cost price basis, NAV per unit of Tk 12.82 at market price basis and net operating cash flow per unit (NOCFPU) of Tk 1.73 for the year ended on December 31, 2017 as against Tk 0.4736, Tk 10.62, Tk. 10.75 and Tk (1.34) respectively for the same period of the previous year.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the units of the fund on Thursday following its corporate declaration.
In 2016, the Trustee Committee of the mutual fund disbursed 4.50 per cent cash dividend.
Each unit of the fund, which was listed on the Dhaka bourse in 2012, closed at Tk 8.70 on Wednesd. The unit of the fund’s traded Tk 7.60 and Tk 9.50 in the last one year.
The sponsor-directors own 15 per cent stake in mutual fund, while, institutional investors own 78.48 per cent, foreign 1.65 per cent and the general public 4.87 per cent as on December 28, 2017, the DSE data shows.
