The board of directors of Continental Insurance Limited has approved 5 per cent stock and 5 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on 31 December 2018.
The final approval of the dividend came during the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on Thursday in the capital, according to a media release received today (Sunday).
Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Nazirul Islam, Directors, Shareholders and Senior Executives of the company were present in the meeting.
