Bangladesh beat Sri Lanka by 163 runs

The Tigers got another victory in Tri-Nations Series beating Sri Lanka by 163 runs in the third match on Friday.

Earlier, Bangladesh cricketers set a target of 321, losing seven wickets, after winning the toss at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka.

The Lankans were all out on the 33rd over at 157 runs, says bdnews24.

Opener Tamim Iqbal struck 84 on way to reaching 11,000 international runs, while Shakib Al Hasan scored 67 to get to the 10,000-run milestone. Mushfiqur Rahim scored 62 runs off 52 balls.

Shakib took three wickets for 47 while skipper Mashrafe bin Mortaza and paceman Rubel Hossain got two wickets each. Nasir Hossain and Mustafizur Rahman chipped in with one wicket apiece.

Bangladesh started the Rocket Tri-Nations Series with a eight-wicket win against Zimbabwe on Monday.
