A leading US firm that specialises in sales engagement platforms announced Thursday that its automated scheduling tool has been made available to users of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange (2013).

Outreach, a Seattle-based company in Washington state on the US west coast, said its innovative product Outreach Meetings will help accelerate and simplify salespeople's daily process of scheduling meetings with prospects.

"Outreach Meetings enables salespeople to focus on closing deals rather than wasting valuable time managing the logistics of scheduling and rescheduling countless calls and meetings," said Manny Medina, CEO and co-founder of Outreach.

As it is integrated with both Google and Microsoft platforms, Outreach said salespeople can instantly schedule appointments and thus focus more on the business of selling, reports Xinhua.

Outreach Meetings has the distinctive features of calendaring, reusable meeting templates and inserted availability with natural language.

With this automated sales management tool, the platform helps drive collaboration between sales and marketing, and deliver higher revenues for sales representatives, Outreach said.
