In her message, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said role of Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB) is important to promote standardisation by enhancing capacity of services providing organisations and individuals.

The BAB, she said, can play an important role in promoting world class products and services.

“It is a great challenge for any country to bring all people under healthcare and social services,” she said, adding that the present government is attaching the highest priority to health and social services sectors for well-being of the people.

They wished all programmes of the day a success.

The process ensures that their certification practices are acceptable, typically meaning that they are competent to test and certify third parties, behave ethically and employ suitable quality assurance.
