Shanti Doot 4 (Ambassador of Peace 4), a multinational United Nations peacekeeping exercise, is currently underway in Bangladesh.
Some 1,300 participants from around the world is taking part in the exercise, which started on February 26 and is set to continue till March 12, as per a Xinhua report.
The exercise is aimed at providing pre-deployment training to UN partner countries in preparation for real-world peacekeeping operations, Bangladeshi military said.
