University Grants Commission (UGC) has approved Tk 46.43 billion budgets for 40 public universities in the country.
The 151th Full Commission meeting of University Grants Commission (UGC) presided by UGC Chairman Professor Abdul Mannan was held on Wednesday, reports UNB.
The Full Commission approved the revised budget (non-development) for 2017-2018 fiscal year and budget (non-development) for 2018-2019 fiscal year for 40 public universities of the country. T
The budget for 40 public universities for 2017-2018 fiscal year was Tk. 41.52 billion which was increased to in the revised budged to Tk. 43.24 billion.
