An elderly man and a woman died due to biting cold in Kapilmuni union of Paikgaccha upazila on Monday night.
The deceased were identified as Monika Rani Biswas, 102, and Krishno Chandra Biswas, 75.
UNB confirmed their death citing Parvej Alam, a union parishad member.
