Two people were killed and six others injured after a bus rammed a human hauler on Dhaka-Narayanganj road in Fatullah on Wednesday.
Police identified the victims as Awal, 50 and Ali Hossain, 42.
The accident took place at around 9:50am when a Dhaka-bound bus crashed into the human hauler, Manjur Quader, officer-in-charge of Fatullah Police Station, said.
The two ill-fated were passengers of the human hauler, six others were also injured in the mishap, reports UNB.
Police recovered the bodies and sent them to a local hospital morgue.
The bus driver has been arrested.
