Two people have died in a road accident on Dhaka-Mymensingh highway in Trishal upazila of Mymensingh on Friday.
UNB says, 15 others were injured in the accident when a bus overturned at Signboard area in Trishal upazila this afternoon.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately, reports UNB.
Officer-in-charge of Trishal Police Station Jakiur Rahman said the Mymensingh-bound bus from Dhaka turned upside down around 5:30pm after its driver lost his control over the steering, leaving two passengers dead on the spot and 15 others injured.
The injured were taken to Trishal Upazila Health Complex, he said.
