Two Civil aviation officials to assist Nepalese probe body

The Civil Aviation Authority, Bangladesh (CAAB) has sent two officials to Nepal to assist the Nepalese probe body looking into the causes of US-Bangla Airlines aircraft crash.

CAAB public relations officer Mahbubur Rahman disclosed this while talking to reporters on Monday night, reports UNB.

Earlier, CAAB Chairman Air Vice Marshal M Naim Hassan said the probe body members would soon flight to Kathmandu to start their work.

Describing the incident as a tragic one, Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister AKM Shajahan Kamal said the reason behind the crash will be unearthed through investigation.

He also said the injured Bangladeshis and the bodies of those killed in the incident will be brought home as soon as possible.
