Two additional attorney generals on Sunday resigned from their positions, showing personal reasons, according to court sources.
Advocate Md Momtaz Uddin Fakir and Advocate Murad Reza sent their resignation letters to President M Abdul Hamid through the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, the sources said.
The development came three days after AM Amin Uddin, president of the Supreme Court Bar Association, was appointed as attorney general.
