Three women die as bus runs over them in Narayanganj

Three women were killed as a bus ran over them at Kanchpur intersection in Sonargaon upazila of Narayanganj on Thursday.

The deceased were identified as Debi Rani, 40, Bashak Rani, 16 and Gita Rani, 25, reports UNB.

The women were crushed under the wheels of a bus while crossing the road around 10:30 pm, said sub-inspector Abdus Salam.

Police seized the bus but could not arrest its driver.
