Agitated and aggrieved students have taken to the streets for the third consecutive day on Tuesday to protest the deaths of their two fellows.

“Students started protesting at 10:00am in front of Radisson Hotel,” Nazmul Alam, additional deputy commissioner of traffic police, said.

There were students from different colleges also agitating in front of Farmgate’s Babul Tower, bringing traffic to a complete halt in the area, according to a bdnews24 report.

On Sunday, a bus operated by Jabale Noor ploughed into a group of college students waiting for transport on the Airport Road, killing two on the spot and injuring several others.
