SSC examinees fear violence over Khaleda's verdict

Around two million secondary school certificate and equivalent examinees guardians are in tension about the examinations to be held on Thursday.

Tensions have been mounting over the outcome of Zia Orphanage Trust case verdict against BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia as many believe that violence might happen across the country.

A high official of the ministry of education told the FE they are yet to cancel the examinations.

But if the situation goes worse then they will take the decision to halt the examinations.

The SSC and equivalent examinations begin on February 1 last and all written exams are scheduled to be completed on 25th of this month.
