Two siblings drowned in a pond at Shaestaganj Poura hospital road area in Habiganj on Wednesday evening.
The victims were identified as Sourav Miah, 15, son of Zahir Miah and his sister Anufa Akhte, 13, residents of the same area.
Police said they suddenly fell into the pond near their house and drowned, reports BSS.
Poura mayor M Salek Miah confirmed the matter.
