Russell T. Ahmed became the new president of Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).
BASIS members elected the new 11-member Board of Directors known as Executive Council (EC) for a two-year term recently.
As the newly elected Executive Council (2022-2023) has already took over the charge on Sunday, according to a statement.
BASIS, established in 1998, has been working relentlessly to make the digital Bangladesh initiative of the government a success. Besides, BASIS has been actively working with the government in digitisation and automation processes.
