The High Court on Wednesday directed the Anti-Corruption Commission to conduct inquiry into the properties of former managing director of BASIC Bank Kazi Fakhrul Islam and former deputy managing director Fazlus Sobhan.
A bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Sahidul Karim on Wednesday afternoon passed the order after granting bails of four accused including DMD FazlusSobhan.
