A private Hajj package will cost at least Tk 332,868 this year, up by 13,518 from Tk 319,350 last year.
Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) secretary general Shahadat Hossain said this at a media briefing Monday.
Hajj hopefuls will have to register their names between March 6 to April 4, he said.
HAAB secretary general Hossain attributed the rise in the Hajj package to the hike in air ticket price.
This year, 120,000 Bangladeshis will perform Hajj under the private management while the number under the government management would be 7,198.
