President Abdul Hamid will return home from London tomorrow (Thursday).
He will land in Bangladesh at 11.05am at the VVIP lounge of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Assistant Press Secretary of the President, Imranul Hasan quoted Press Secretary M Joynal Abedin as saying over the phone from London.
"President, who has been suffering from Glaucoma since long, went for his check-up at Moorfields Eye Hospital and Bupa Cromwell Hospital in London. He used to have his health checkup in London while he was the Speaker in the Jatiya Sangsad," the APS added.
The 74-year-old President also underwent health check-up in London in October last year, according to a UNB report.
He on July 7 went to London for having his health check-up and treatment of eyes.
