Secretary to President Shampad Barua, Military Secretary Major General Md Sarwar Hossain and Press Secretary Joynal Abedin handed over a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister at Ganobhaban.
Awami League secured a two-third majority in Sunday's election, reports UNB.
