Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will visit Tungipara, the ancestral home of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, on Saturday (tomorrow) to offer ziarat at the mazar of the father of the nation.
The prime minister will go to the upazila to offer Ziarat at Bangabandhu’s mazar in the morning, PM’s Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim said.
Sheikh Hasina will join a munajat (prayer) there seeking eternal peace of the departed soul of the father of the nation, report agencies.
She will also place a wreath there to pay homage to the great leader and architect of independent Bangladesh.
