At least six people have died and four others were injured in a head-on collision between a car and an auto rickshaw in Moulvibazar.
Moulvibazar Model Police Station OC Sohel Ahmed said the accident occurred in Nadampur neighbourhood on Saturday, reports bdnews24.com.
Police found four passengers of the auto rickshaw dead at the site of the accident, said a police official.
Two other victims died after the six injured were taken to the Moulvibazar General Hospital.
The four survivors were transferred to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital for better treatment.
Police could not identify the victims immediately.
