Rescuers have found the dead body of a minor boy who drowned in a canal at Adabor in Dhaka on Friday night.
The Fire Service declined to describe the condition of the five year old boy on spot.
However, several television channels claim that he was drowned.
Police identified the boy as ‘Jisan’, son of Abul Hashem. The family lives in one of the tin-roofed buildings along the canal.
According to a bdnews24 report and television channels, they body of Jisan was found at 10.15pm after a four-hour search.
