The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has arrested the kingpin of a credit card fraud gang in Dhaka city.
Huge clone cards and card marking equipment were also recovered from his possession, the CID said without naming him in a text message to the media on Wednesday morning.
The arrest follows credit card frauds recently faced by five banks.
The CID, according to the text message, will brief the media in details later in the day.
