HSC geography exam deferred over accidental unwrapping of question sets

The government has postponed the second paper of the HSC geography exam after a test centre mistakenly opened a packet of question sets, a day before the exam.

The exam, which was set to be held on Apr 23 will now be held on May 14, said Inter-Education Board Sub-Committee President Prof Md Ziaul Haq.

The nationwide exam is being postponed because an examination centre in Mymensingh accidentally opened the packet of geography second paper question sets on Sunday, he said.

The HSC geography first paper examination was held on Sunday.
