Finance Minister A H M Mustafa Kamal on Saturday said that people who take bribe are destined to hell.
“We will never take bribe nor will offer it as well because those who take bribe will end up in hell in the afterlife”, said he.
Mr Kamal came up with the remarks while speaking as the chief guest at an annual award giving ceremony of South Point School and College in the capital.
The Finance Minister also laid emphasis on attaining proper education and knowledge in order to be successful in life.
“Very learned people will have a more clear conscience that will make then successful in life”’ said Mustafa Kamal.
On top of that, the Finance Minister asked the guardians to spend more time with their children.
