A building in Dhaka's Banglamotor area caught fire on Sunday afternoon.
"The fire broke out at a multi-story building located beside private channel Somoy TV around 12:30pm and spread rapidly," Fire Service Duty Officer Lima Khanam said.
Four firefighting units are trying to extinguish the blaze, UNB reported quoting the official.
The cause of the fire is still unclear.
