A former UP member was killed and three other people were injured on Wednesday as a bus collided with a human hauler on Gopalganj-Kotalipara road in Sadar upazila under Gopalganj district.
The deceased was identified as Sona Molla, 58, a former member of Ward no 8 of Kati union, reports UNB.
The Kotalipara-bound bus collided with the human hauler around 11:30 am, killing Sona Molla on the spot and injuring three others, said officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station Md Monirul Islam.
