The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has filed a case against the principal of Government Edward College, Pabna Humayun Kabir Majumder on a charge of corruption.
Deputy Assistant Director of the commission’s Integrated District Office in Pabna Mostafizur Rahman filed the case against Humayun Kabir Majumder, said ACC deputy director Muhammad Arif Sadeq on Wednesday, reports UNB.
According to the details of the case, he withdrew around Tk 570 million using fake documents from Agrani Bank, College Gate Branch in Pabna.
He approved the withdrawal of the money from the fund of student’s council, development, admission activities and embezzled the money.
