Move to check question leaks

The intending participants in the Junior School Certificate (JSC) examinations will have to enter the exam centres 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

The examinees will not be allowed to attend examination if they fail to enter the centres 30 minutes earlier.

The decision was made on Tuesday at a meeting of the National Monitoring and Law Enforcement Committee over the JSC and JDC exams.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid said the new rules will be effective from the JSC exams scheduled to start on November 1.

The Education Ministry took the decision to be applicable during all public exams aiming to stop leaks of questions using mobile phone-like gadgets.
