Heavy darkness enveloped Dhaka city for around half an hour from 11:00am on Thursday. Along with this came rains, bringing the city to a halt. The skies started clearing at 11:25am and things came back to normal some time later.
All but the last photo were taken from Paltan, one of the bustling areas in the capital, during the heavy darkness at day.
