Detective Branch (DB) of police discovered a yaba production factory at Double Mooring area in Chittagong city on Wednesday.
Nearly 250,000 pieces of yaba tablets were found at the factory, DB police Inspector Mohammad Mohsin said.
He said that large amounts of yaba production materials were also found at the production factory, reports bdnews24.
“We found 105kg of raw materials, which could be used to make nearly 1.0 million yaba tablets,” said the inspector.
Four people were arrested during the operation, said Mohsin. More information would be available at a press conference on Wednesday afternoon, he added.
