Customs officials seized 40 gold bars from a flight of Dubai Airlines at Osmani International Airport in Sylhet on Saturday morning.
Fajlur Rahman, custom super of the airport, said the gold bars, weighing over 4.6 kilograms, were kept under an empty seat of the flight that arrived in Sylhet airport at about 11 am, reports BSS.
However, there was no immediate arrest in this connection.
