Two drivers were burnt to death when a bus and a truck burst into flame after a head-on collision on Dinajpur-Thakurgaon highway at Battoli under Kaharole upazila in Dinajpur on Thursday.
The accident took place at around 9:30 pm, said Ruhul Amin, assistant superintendent of police (Kaharole circle), quoting witnesses.
On information, four firefighting units rushed in and extinguished the blaze. They also recovered the charred bodies of the two drivers, UNB reported.
Ten bus passengers were injured while getting down from the bus hurriedly. They were given first aid.
