Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive arrested a suspected militant from a militant den at Shibnarayanpur village in Kansat union of Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj district.
The arrestee was identified as Monirul Islam, reports UNB.
Lt Col Mahbubul Alam, commanding officer of RAB-5, said that on information that 2/3 accused of Gulshan Holey Artisan attack case were staying at the village, they cordoned off 15-20 houses from 3:30am.
They arrested one Monirul from a house and ended the drive around 8:00am, said the commanding officer at a press briefing.
