RAB arrests man with arms in Chapainawabganj

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested a man along with firearms from Baliadighi in Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj in the early hours of Friday.

The arrestee is Senaul Islam, 44, son of Alimuddin, reports UNB.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of RAB-5 conducted a drive in the area and arrested Senaul along with one pistol, one shutter-gun, seven bullets and one magazine, said a press release of RAB.

A case was filed with Shibganj Police Station.
