A woman was killed when a trolley hit her at Betgram in Sadar upazila on Friday morning.
Manirul Islam, officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station, said a sand-laden trolley knocked down Kalipara Biswas, 50, wife of Prafulla Biswas of Betgram village, while she was crossing the road, leaving her dead on spot.
Police recovered the body and sent it to Sadar hospital morgue, reports UNB.
